Has anyone noticed the date of the CNCA registration is only valid to Nov 2021?

As stated in the prospectus, section 3 (d) IV:

A CNCA manufacturer registration is valid for four years before it must be renewed, and the renewal application must
be submitted one year prior to the expiration of the four-year term. Keytone’s current CNCA registration was granted
in August 2014, and as such Keytone has commenced the renewal of its registration

It is logical the on Aug 2018 the such registration will expire, and if successful new one should be another 4 year term, so should expire again on Aug 2022. Where did the missing 9 months go?
