If Norseman Gold Limited finally folds then Norseman Gold PLC will still exist, because they are not responsible as Norseman Gold Limited has not been handed back to them as yet.
You can be sure that Tulla will make sure they are covered one way at least.
My guess is that every shareholder in NGX will have the same number of shares in a company that will have a far smaller pie.
