I hope everybody checked emails and/or written correspondence form PLG and found our Directirs recommendation: "Your Directors continue to unanimously recommend that securityholders vote AGAINST ALL RESOLUTIONS."
I will follow, because they are working hard for us and only due to their skills this stock is up and keeping value, as well as paying us a significant dividends. They also negotiated ESR offer increase for us. I personally more then happy with their attitude .
