It all comes down to if you are willing to hold over the next cycle and risk the price falling to .04 which i think will happen and whether that holds. My personal opinion is while bother jumping back in as there are plenty of other Cobalt and other plays doing well. One day It may pay off, but i'm not one to sit and watch it going nowhere for 6 month + while other stocks increase. Perhaps 3rd party financing is the key. Anyway ,Good luck to the holders.
