NPV is not where you look, to work out whether the project will service its debt. What the potential funders are interested in is the likely free cashflow. The SS estimates a 21% internal rate of return and payback of investment within 4 years. Extrapolate that out and it shows net available income to service debt of $40-50M pa, once up and running.
