one thing is that rare earths and the situation with a monopolising of the industry by china is a very well known story now. my thoughts are that they will be queueing to finance this project and the FIRB probably knows now that funding in many ways has loosened across the board. perhaps there will be short term weakness but Nick Cutris seems well skilled in arranging finance and i believe he will be quietly thinkibng that now that the price has rebounded and funding has become more accessable there will be other less dilutionary options. for kry sakes he bought a million at a dollar before the crap hit the fan. so to speak. its all good
