commsec still have it in trading halt even though the annoucenemnt has been made. They are planning a capital raising i would put the house on that. Thay need the funding and they can easily have it underwritten to raising 500m or so with a 1-1 rights. Im just preying for that announcement cos thats when u know everyhting is secure. And the chinese can go jump
