    With the two MOU's due to be converted so close I was expecting them to both be completed at the same time and more then likely with almost the same outcome.
    I'm hoping with the shortage of vanadium supply and looming supply deficit, the floor price is above our production costs.
    With management's track record I'm backing this one to production.
