yes - not that expensive - yes lots of them haven't worked - but having that many shares on issue is not "tidy" - but most of all it will give both buyers and sellers the smaller increments of let's say 3.0 to 3.1, 3.1 to 3.2 etc

Might also get more interest when potential buyers see that if it goes back "1 click" they don't lose 33% of their investment.
