To tell you the truth if PDN was my client I would be telling them to test the legal aspect FIRST. There have been legal cases for which I have produced lengthy reports for, to only find out that His Honour dismissed the case and therefore there was no reason for my expert report. I want to see PDN issue Court documents to CNNC ASAP - to see if there is any case, which I extremely doubt. If they do have a case, then the valuation should be performed after.
PDN should NOT be taking instructions from CNNC. PDN should be the ones issuing instructions. This requires legal experts to step in and advise PDN.
There is no case - it's worse than that. They are actually trying to cause one, and have been doing so for the past year.
