Does not make any sense to me.
All the large players didn't sell out and remained calm in the days leading up to the halt.
Hardly suggests that any major issue was coming, so I don't know how far this case will get.
I see it as a potentially a very big issue, but with a limited probability of success - the CNNC move that is.
