If it's all on contracts no legal challenge will help. As has been said repeatedly on this thread, debt is the problem, and PDN have been in debt for years and keep restructuring their debt. No matter what, with a languishing uranium market, there is nothing that could rescue them if their income was tied to spot market. All other producers are struggling, but they have high priced contracts which PDN doesn't. AM inherited a sinking ship.
