I disagree - I think there has to be a contingency for this event, since they've apparently known about it since BEFORE they announced the restructure - so much so that they appear to have clauses (vague as they may be) to combat/deal with it... I'm patiently and hopefully awaiting the next announcement still - although very nervously at the same time.
