Yes, agreed and noted and I think that the Courts will note this too. It will give them a bad look, which can only help PDN - nothing worse than a dishonest witness and CNNC are very dishonest.
No one is in any rush - this will be fought out to the bitter end and that's what most people want - well the ones with a true interest in PDN.
AM is not going anywhere until he wins this fight.
