I note the vague wording of this (yet also understand why because it's mixing shared corporate costs and noting work to be done on reducing OPEX) but this is, in my opinion something that SH's can hang their hat on as to a lifeline. This would also signal that a reduction is possible into the high $3's, low $'s for a working mine.
No debt liability gives it even more impetus, without the need to restart immediately.
Whether I'm right or wrong...there is at least a kernel of an argument there and clear logic that PDN isn't dead without LH. Debt free would be my sticking point though.
