    re: Ann: CNOOC does not obtain final Chinese ... With the potential to sit top of the que at 2.1c I had a quick look...Quarterly says it all, CSG-fail Shale-fail, conventional fail, the only positive they invested $2mil into local community...
    So no I will pass on the potential for 2c shares..
