queensland govnt - imo yes due to the fact it this project if it was commercial, would create jobs for the area and provide cashola for the queensland govnt coffers;
chinese firb - imo yes because they are chinese and want a slice in everything to do with commodities/energy due to their appetite for it. :) LOVE IT
