    Retail offered only $1million in SPP but appears allocation will be at sole discretion of CNQ without any details of, or reference, to individuals'.holdings.

    Looks like you have to apply for up to $30000 in shares and then have to wait for an allocation which will obviously be only a very small % of units applied for under the offer.

    Makes the SPP for Retail a complete joke.
