    Retail ONLY offerred $1m is hardly 'a complete joke.'
    And highly unlikely you'd be scaled back from $30k (circa 97,000 shares).
    But beware the 'Lobster Pot.'
    Because this last traded over100,000 shares in a day 3 months ago & only 7 times in last 5 months. And the range to do that was +/-10%.
