Evolution acted as Co-Manager to the A$2M Placement and Sole Lead Arranger on the A$2m debt facility, alongside a $1M Share Purchase Plan (SPP). The Placement was primarily supported by a number of new institutional and wholesale investors, where as theCauseway AM, a proven private debt and alternate asset manager, committed to the debt facility.
Cleanteq Water is a global technology leader providing economic and environmentally sustainable solutions for freshwater scarcity, mine tailings, and metal recovery. In establishing blue chip contractors and technology partners, Cleanteq has reached a milestone of A$10M in revenue over the two last quarters that amounts to two consecutive quarters of net positive cashflow. Evolution looks forward to more quarters of continued growth and capital stewardship as net proceeds from the package will be utilised for various accretive activities. In particular, the evaluation and test work associated with the potential acquisition of lithium brine assets and additional pilot plant facilities for the demonstration of the attributes of the cDLE® and ATA® processes.
