I see Upwell water are now involved. Huge red flag. Jay faison who is a funding partner of Upwell, also got involved with FLC 3 yrs ago. He holds 10% of FLC and in my opinion is the share price manipulator there the last 3 yrs. Almost certain hes doing the same thing here.
Crush the share price, company cant raise, have to take on debt to his upwell, collect interest. Too easy. Faison has a very shady tax history aswell.
