yes the council bureaucrat is a really good target for Social Responsible good practice, if not Governance. Our major cities also have huge problems with drainage into our bays, harbours rivers and oceans. Also quality drinking water for our inland towns. Lets call this Domestic Treatment. Then we have larger Industrial and Mining treatment applications. While I don't expect blue sky profits from CLQ for the medium term, I see/hope it developing into a good solid earner with dividends in the medium term. It would be great to see SRL get it's funding and see CNQ get the exposure of a major project on the world stage. Not sure that is going to happen, I have been a CLQ/SRN investor for more years than I can now remember. GLTAH
