It's very difficult to time the market (if at all possible), and if one is successful, I think it's more luck than experience. I plan to buy more shares but - like you - I am expecting a CR soon. I do not think that retail investors will be allowed to participate. SP will most likely drop when a CR is announced. That could be a good buying opportunity. But a CR is not inevitable in my opinion. The company could have enough cash from the Townsville-project and/or from sales of graphene membranes for example. There might also drop positive news soon reg. the Kamao-Kakula project which could influence the SP positively.

I will wait for the next quarterly and hope it will provide clarity.
