IMO a CR that retail does not get in on, often is done at the bottom to 'mates' and/or sofs/funds, shortly after which 'surprise' good news arrives, retail get in at higher market prices, while mates, sofs & funds exit with a profit while maybe holding a few long term.
If they are pumping it, then retail will be in on it.
Best would be to wait for some good news & CR to everyone with a rights issue. That IMO is how a 'good' well managed company, with existing SH interesting at heart, would/should do a CR but unfortunately it is rare.
A$2.2 Mil in cash last quarter which was only 0.88x quarters worth of cash burn. Some $$ in for sure but as people have said, it will be a fine line. So IMO the treat of a CR is holding the SP down for sure, that's just the way it works.
Plenty of possible good news irons in the fire, just have to wait for one of them to turn into a contract/deal.
Middle East is the only announce income that I can find since the Sept quarterly. Hopefully there has been more.
