I find the tech for equity compelling. CleanTeq does not own any of the actual resources, and the companies that own the actual resources do not have any good way to unlock and utilize those resources. CleanTeq could build the CIX plants for cash and then collect monies for maintenance, etc, but that would not actually bring in that much money. All of us shareholders stand to make much, much, more money by actually collecting the cash spun out of the commodities that we help to produce. That is actually one of the three financial models that Future Element is using. The next best thing is to have actual equity in the company using our technology. That way, as the company using our tech grows, the equity that we own in them grows just as much. That can really lead to some outsized gains once things get going.
