I am expecting sp to gradually increase as we are given a look-in to the massive Chinese Market.............my hope is that it does not cost us anyhting

I like this bit of the ann/deal
Under the Technical and Licensing agreement between BEIE and the Company, neither Mr Zhang and his associates, nor
any other party associated with BEIE, will have incentives arrangements payable by the Company in the form
of rights to equity or otherwise, payable now, nor are any such incentives proposed, planned, or promised by
the Company for introduction in the future.

This will not last long as Mr Zhang will dangle a carrot for a big project or 2(In China these projects can be massive)..........before long there will be incentives and even performance based shares because that is just how business operates and certainly how it will be expected to run in China
