Just not enough detail here for me to fully understand either. This factory is what I do not get...........who owns this factory and how is our IP protected. What do the Chinese get for financing the operations of this facility besides maybe exclusivity? Exclusivity in China is rare and attacks on our patent will be forthcoming as soon as someone realizes there is big potential to infiltrate or replicate.
What will the "mutual agreement" look like end 2024?
