Pacific Road are a very knowledgable investor. They are insiders and have board membership. They wouldn't be putting money in if they didn't believe in the story.

Sure they are putting it in as a convertible. But that is an advantage they have in a pretty bad market. Pacific Road are averaging down. Good luck to them if they see value where others don't they are putting their money where their mouth is.

With so many investors moving to cash and out of risk CNX is no exception. This issue is not terribly dilutive.

CNX is a company for the long term you can't expect to get rich tomorrow.

If you think the stock is headed down you can always sell today and buy more when they hit bottom.
