As always you're spot on.
The jig's up and the shareholders money is down the tubes.
There has been a great deal of positioning for the 'leaving Australia' scenario.
The only thing that may derail that fantasy is if the 10M loan is not drawn down because Incitec and Pacific Road have finally had enough.
I said April 2012 before but I think that the whole shop might start crashing a bit sonner than that.
There is no doubt that DERM wil be blamed-that will be the Director's insurer's defecne against the inevitable shareholder action when the true facts emerge about the technology
