    Seems to me that the Sept qtr is crunch time. There isn't enough money to carry on as-is and then do refurb with cash on hand, bank guarantees and loan access

    Crunch time cometh.

    Or they could put the whole shebang on Care and Maintenance "waiting for better conditions.".wink.png
