    What makes you think that Shandong wont extend the credit line to fund start up?
    I could see the case for postponement "IF" there is a stock market crash and gold price correction in the coming months, but i dont buy into funding as being an issue. and IF that crash comes, there will be QE to infinity to bail it out... so any dip in gold will be temporary
