IMHO the queensland govt will never sign off and allow cnx to operate a commercial UCG plant in queensland!
WHY? Simple cnx is not big enough to be able to pay off all the crooked officials unlike the CSG consortium, whom have Billions to through around to get their way.
No if this deal with the Chinese does go through (and i sureas hell hope it does) it's about the only way most of us long term holders will ever see any return on our investment.
But hey it's just my two cents worth.
