Final outcome on CNX technology in QLD shaping up as one of two conclusions;
1. CNX technology is exempted from the wholesale ban in QLD and get's the green light.
2. CNX sues the QLD Gov. for +$150M.
Either way - it's a win.
I'd probably welcome the +$150M, take a special dividend move overseas perminantly.
