    Has legislation already been passed banning UCG in Queensland?

    No that I'm aware - it has only been 'proposed'.

    IMO the 'banning UCG' ann was a political move - if based on recent Australian politics the reality is it might never actually happen - right?

    This would esp seem the case when you have growing number of Australian Scientific Experts suggesting that CNX's technology is both safe and world class.
