It is unfortunate a miner was killed, but the reality is people get killed every day, crocodile tears from people who have never given a thought for the hundreds of thousands of miners working in very dangerous conditions worldwide so they can have a little more profit on their shares, then somebody gets killed and its all woe, how could this happen. Well. it happens so you can make a little more profit.

The issue here is not the death of a miner but they don't seem to have sorted work and safety policy. If they keep having these issues together with lower head grades and fires not to mention design faults and then a collapse contractor, and then to rub insult to injury earthquake then you wonder why the SP can only go down.
