Thanks Inchyqin, and of course each point you give makes sense.
COZ needs to get the overseas investor/s on board so it can prove it can not just talk but can actually do a deal.
A few things i'm unsure about Grant - did he know he was going' - i wonder if there is any animosity between he and the board, does he think the aquaculture proposal can work, if he does surely he wouldn't dump at the current pitiful price.
Time will tell.
