The intro fee is the most bizarre I have seen in 15 years in the market. What, $3.45 mill to introduce $6.5 mill part aquisition while being paid $200k pa.......seriously????? Company cap now $500k.
That puts his holding at 67% way over the take over threshold of 20%. Is this Legal?
Swarbick is ex hartleys, novus so he would know his way around this but this is very odd.
