heres a thought........ mind you i dont know if its possible BUT ......... what if CKA is in the position to buy the shares back from magna and they are disbursed to dominic and those in the coy in lieu of wages not recieved??? would eliminate the threat of a mass dumping if another fund were to buy directly from magna????
again just a thought
