The MOU is a good start, and more then RES has. If they are giving the company until april 2012 then they have to be serious, anyone who puts a mine together from greenfields to production in 14 months is looking for medals, so unliley for eskom to pull out. In fact it is rumoured that some of the power stations tht have been going for 30 odd years are running on coal based on a MOU only.
