imo - journey from 11c (2013) and downwards to current levels have been full of missed opportunities. when coal was at crossroads a few years ago suitable decision was not taken. i guess probably it was a cash cow then or sld i say optimism. there was capital raising, systematic sell of sese and much more. no one really knows what the ground realities with those projects except quarterly statements which are mostly repetitive except for one ot two new inclusions using some keys words. Timing was the key imo.
