    Time to cover that short - if I were you.

    Bondy is no longer on his own on this one - with the involvement of UBS.

    He wouldn't make a statement that wasn't approved by his employed "negotiators".

    Last time there was an announcement we spiked to resistance of $2.20 - 2.25. Time has passed and this announcement seems to be more thoroughly contemplated.

    Forgetting, of course, the the sale of the assetts is only 1 aspect of recent advancements.
