LBY needs UCG technology because there is deep coal. Fortunately, the processing of deeper coal increases the efficiency and safety of UCG technology. The large players are interested in coal reserves of more than 3bt of coal, which has a life production of 20 to 30 years at great economies of scale. LBY has inferred such a volume (3.4bt coal), indicating is huge potential in the future.
