Borrowdale off the board, in 3 to 6 months time they can call on their principal and take the company off us small shareholders... Or bail the company out in March when we have to pay EIG $70.0 Million....
How we were permitted to spend $70M in debt before a green light is beyond comprehension!!!
"Advanced Negotiations" this has been touted ever since Gill started, clearly we have a different definition of Advanced.
with Steyn off the board this is now in the hands completely of Gill whom i believe doesn't have the support of investors or brokers.... Game over!!!!!!
Perhaps the directors resign prior to placing the company into chapter 5....Stay afloat for a few more months till the resigning directors in the clear..

i just wish i had have listened to my own advice 6 months ago, 12 months ago, 2 years ago.... agrrrr
either that, or they are going to sell everything- say 10 - 20c per share + pay out EIG and borrowdale.
