    re: Ann: Coalspur Appoints New Managing Direc... Not sure that BHP would let their people go ahead of time to another co. Presumably Gil would be tied into BHP with performance shares etc, why not agree the JV terms then provide management.

    More than likely a competitor to BHP, with CPL and BHP poaching good people.

    Last achievement for Gene will be signing of the JV..
