re: Ann: Coalspur Secures US$300 Million Seni... thanx marvin, i also thought it was a pretty good deal getting someone to lend you $300mil in this environment. Also if/when EIG purchase the warrant shares from cpl there will be that extra cash pumped into the company from them too. Just the market reaction seems a bit ho hum on the deal though. I personally will continue buying from the short sellers with any extra cash i can find as IMO this company has many positives going for it and there has to be upside on the current share price going forward.
