Thanks Macdouk, good eye, interesting turn of events. I notice that by resigning Mr Lehoux has lost 1m 60c incentive options which were yet to vest, currently worth about $1.4m to him. Either he is bailing now due to some issue with the company or he has resigned for family/health reasons.

Highland Park would be aware of this yet they still tip in another $11m via the placement.
