I too find am perplexed by DEG share price(I hold). I looked at CYL (Gina Rinehart) who are drilling in Vic near Bendigo.A few months ago the price was 30c and now above $1.60.They haven't had any news of great significance yet but the share price has risen 5 fold.DEG on the other hand languishes so i see no other reason than as you ahve stated.Being manipulated to create fatigue,for want of a better term, among shareholders who will either sell low or as you point out accept a much lower takeover price than what is deserved.Extremely frustrating but I am hanging in with DEG
