Funny you mention PDN. That was my first and only big loss. $5.5k not much to some you guys but to me it was a bit, until DEG came a long and showed me how quickly I can get that loss back.
You are right, I am fearful of a take-over because I know I'll be getting chump change for what DEG is really worth. I know if they stay independent they will make things work and work very well. (as long as current management stay in place or better)
