Otherwise you would just drill and do nothing else. You will notice announcements like the water allocation. This is another signal of development, not exploration. COB has passed that stage though for sure dosent hurt to add to the resource hence the extension of rights to land.
COB are seeking to be project ready next year. Maybe back end of next year but still not far away.
