Who would know what is on this man's head. The resource is there, maybe a bit overstated as they used to refine nickel and cobalt at Yabulu Ref, something needs to be done before it becomes an environmental hazard. No good looking at current plant as I've been told too much money to get it up and running, there is a relatively new train out there but the rest of the plant is forked. Maybe better at building new plant just to process tailings for cobalt, come in COB. But with the carnage caused by the man that shall not be named, for fear of litigation, no one in TSV would deal with him IMO
